Buying a New Car: Crazy or Brilliant?
Is anyone crazy enough to buy a new car in this environment?
Gas prices are at five-year lows, the big three and lawmakers are talking bankruptcy while automobile inventories are at all time highs. So what did I do? Bought a new car.
Call me crazy . . . as virtually every brand on the landscape has experienced a decrease in comparative sales this past month. Those who are driving new cars off dealer lots are doing so at significant savings. And with business deduction tax laws subject to change with a new administration . . . I’m considering that maybe I’m not so nuts after all.
